About Allison
Allison Halley is the Founder and CEO of Panorama HR and leads the company with perspective gained from over 25 years of human resources experience in healthcare and technology companies of varying sizes. She received her bachelor’s degree in management with a concentration in HR from the University of Texas at Austin.
As Principal Consultant at Panorama HR, Allison specializes in providing people-focused, no-nonsense HR solutions to companies based in Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas. Allison is known for hitting the ground running and quickly providing value to her clients – if it doesn’t make business sense, it doesn’t get on the list!
Allison has worked with both established and entrepreneurial companies, in various HR roles including her most recent role as VP of HR for Signify Health. Her passion is to work with companies who have a strong belief in building a company around its people – starting with recruiting and hiring against a strong set of company competencies and values.
